When:  Friday October 9 through Sunday, October 11, 2020.

Where:  The Pioneering Camporee will take place at Camp NoBeBoSco, Blairstown, NJ.  Directions and camp map will be provided.

Who:  All Scouts BSA Troops and Venturing Crews and their leaders from Lenape Trail District are welcome to attend.

Registration:  Units must pre-register online and are urged to arrive on Friday to avoid missing any of the program activities on Saturday.

Cracker Barrel:  Each unit should be represented at the Friday evening Cracker Barrel to get final instructions and any changes.  We will answer any program questions. An adult leader and one or two Scout Leaders should plan on attending

Camping and Parking:  All vehicles must be parked in the parking lot and display a parking pass listing the vehicle owner and cell phone number.

Units should plan to use stoves for cooking. Ground fires are to be in approved fire rings and we will let you know at check in if fires will be allowed.

Latrines are available near the campsites.  Water will be available.

The Scout Oath and Law should be the guide to our conduct.  All scouts should remain in their own camp area after taps and until reveille.  Camp sites will be assigned at Friday check in.

First Aid & Emergencies:  First Aid support will be available. Troop leaders should have medical release/history of each Scout

Leave-No-Trace & Checkout:  Each unit must check out before leaving the camporee.

When your campsite has been completely cleaned and all equipment removed send the Senior Patrol Leader to request a final inspection.  Patches and awards will be distributed when checking out.
